I didn’t anticipate how much I would enjoy browsing the Internet while on the toilet.
I logged way too many hours on my iPod touch doing this while sick last summer. I’ll probably be doing the same in 2 weeks after the last surgery.

Yesterday I received an email from AT&T with the following message:

Rescheduled for July 9th.
Tomorrow's the big day...
…and I have a cold.
My sinuses are aching, my head is a little fuzzy, my throat hurts when I swallow, and my nose alternates between stuffed up and constant drainage. It all started yesterday—two days before the surgery.
I called the surgeon and am waiting to hear back on whether he still wants to operate.
iPhone Follow-Up
After calling around to some of the AT&T stores I found they are all doing direct fulfillment on iPhone orders. In other words, they are providing the same service that I can get at att.com without having to drive 20 minutes. Realizing this was the only way I was going to get my number ported, I decide to go ahead and order online. The phone should be here in seven to ten business days.

I walked into the Apple store today and attempted to port my Verizon number over to a 32GB black iPhone. The first failure was they were sold out of black phones. After thinking it over for a few minutes, I realized the color didn’t really matter because I was going to be covering the phone in a case anyway. I settled on white.

Right now I have this lovely case for my Blackberry that’s made of hard plastic with a slight rubbery texture to it. But soon this thing won’t do me any more good. If you have an iPhone, what brand/model do you recommend?

I love everything about Tumblr, except for the fact it’s turned me into a lazy blogger who only publishes photos and reblogs anymore.
