I just discovered that my favorite David Gray song (“Say Hello Wave Goodbye”) is actually a Soft Cell cover. Not only does this depress me, I also feel like a complete idiot.
(The only good thing about this is that he gave the song the arrangement it deserved.)

Second Round of Blood Tests: Completely normal
The doc still wants to do a CT scan, followed by a third round of tests in two weeks, just to be safe.
This morning the lab guy took 7 tubes of blood. He tried to reassure me that this isn’t out of the ordinary, but I have a hard time believing him.
Ugghhhhhh
Either last Saturday or Sunday I noticed the return of some of the symptoms I had prior to having my stricture dilated. Wanting to believe it hadn’t returned, I gave it a couple days to hopefully clear up. By Tuesday I admitted to myself it wasn’t happening and put a call in to my surgeon’s assistant.

I purchased a Panasonic DMP-BD60 Blu-ray player on Amazon two days ago for $187 and thought I was getting a good deal.
Today Amazon has it listed at $145. I sent them an email asking if they would price match and refund the difference. Now I wait.
Although the ride itself is not very exciting, I am excited about Cedar Point’s new Shoot the Rapids. It’s about time they installed something more family oriented.
